مدال‌ها در گذشته برای:

1. بیان احتمالات گذشته


2. بیان اجبار یا ممنوعیت گذشته


3. بیان توانایی یا امکان در گذشته


4. توصیه یا پشیمانی در گذشته

3️⃣ Explanation (توضیح فارسی ساده)

🔹 Structure (ساختار)

Modal + have + past participle

Examples:

Could have → می‌توانست ولی نکرد

I could have helped you, but I was busy.
می‌توانستم به تو کمک کنم، اما سرم شلوغ بود.


Should have → بهتر بود، انتقاد یا پشیمانی

You should have studied harder.
بهتر بود بیشتر درس می‌خواندی.


Would have → بیان نتیجه فرضی گذشته

If I had seen her, I would have said hello.
اگر او را دیده بودم، سلام می‌کردم.


Might / may have → احتمال گذشته

He might have missed the train.
ممکن است قطار را از دست داده باشد.


Must have → حدس قوی درباره گذشته

She must have left early.
حتماً زود رفته است.

I could have called you, but I forgot.
می‌توانستم به تو زنگ بزنم، اما فراموش کردم.

They should have arrived by now.
آن‌ها تا الان باید رسیده باشند.

If it had rained, we would have stayed home.
اگر باران می‌بارید، در خانه می‌ماندیم.

He might have taken the wrong bus.
ممکن است اتوبوس اشتباه گرفته باشد.

She must have finished her homework.
او حتماً تکالیفش را تمام کرده است.
