2️⃣ Why do we use it? (چرا استفاده می‌کنیم؟)

حالت التزامی برای:

1. بیان خواسته یا دستور


2. توصیه یا پیشنهاد رسمی


3. شرایط فرضی یا غیرواقعی


4. استفاده در نوشتار رسمی، مقالات و مکالمه ادبی

3️⃣ Explanation (توضیح فارسی ساده)

🔹 Structure (ساختار)

1. After verbs of demand, suggestion, recommendation, insistence



Subject + suggest / recommend / insist + that + subject + base verb

Examples:

I suggest that he study harder.
پیشنهاد می‌کنم او سخت‌تر درس بخواند.

The teacher insisted that she be on time.
معلم اصرار داشت که او به موقع باشد.



2. After expressions of necessity



It is important / essential / vital + that + subject + base verb

Examples:

It is vital that everyone attend the meeting.
حیاتی است که همه در جلسه شرکت کنند.



3. Hypothetical situations (present or future)



If I were rich, I would travel the world.
اگر ثروتمند بودم، دور دنیا سفر می‌کردم.


4. Past hypothetical situations



If I had known, I would have acted differently.
اگر می‌دانستم، رفتارم متفاوت بود.

I recommend that she take a break.
توصیه می‌کنم که او استراحت کند.

It is essential that he be informed immediately.
ضروری است که فوراً به او اطلاع داده شود.

If I were you, I would accept the offer.
اگر جای تو بودم، پیشنهاد را می‌پذیرفتم.

If they had studied, they would have passed the exam.
اگر درس خوانده بودند، در امتحان قبول می‌شدند.

❌ It is important that she is on time.
✅ It is important that she be on time.

❌ If I was you, I would go. → کمتر رسمی
✅ If I were you, I would go.
